TO CREATE STRENGTH + MOBILITY

Balance Yoga and Wellness offers a series of yoga classes that are suitable to all ages and all fitness levels. Yoga cultivates health and wellbeing (physical, emotional, mental and social) through the regular practice of a range of many different techniques, including postures and movement, breath awareness and breathing exercises, relaxation and concentration, meditation.

We are also really excited to launch our Pilates classes in 2021! Pilates is a low impact exercise focusing on mobility, muscular strength and endurance. The exercises are performed with an emphasis on technique, postural alignment, core strength and controlled flowing movements. Pilates not only helps to produce a strong abdomen but the powerful stabilising muscles in the mid back, lower back, spine, chest and glutes. A strong core helps reduce back pain, improves posture and alignment.
